This is a topic that hit on my mind for a long time. I have already read so many articles and books on this subject and I am not sure if there is any solution to this problem. There are so many things that can give negatively impact on your mental health, like stress, depression and anxiety but what about the positive side of it? What do you want to achieve with your mental health?

1. Don’t skimp on sleep
“Sleep is one of the most important and valuable resources that we have, and yet few of us take advantage of it. We know that it’s important, but we don’t always make the effort to get enough. We think we’re up to date with the latest research and studies on sleep, but that’s not always true. For example, in 2012 a team at Harvard Medical School published a study in which they found that sleep deprivation was linked to higher risk for heart disease and diabetes.”
The need for sleep is a well-known fact. We have to be Active and healthy. With the rise of technology and gadgets, it has become easier to stay connected with friends, family and colleagues through the internet or mobile phone. But if we don’t get enough sleep, we can’t function properly in our jobs or our personal life.
2. Take up a relaxation practice
Relaxation and stress reduction are important for mental health. While the average person uses the internet to learn about a new topic, there is no such thing as a “one-stop shop” for learning about this topic. The best way to learn about a subject is to read, listen and watch it. There is no substitute for reading, listening, watching and doing.
It is very difficult to find a moment of peace when you are always being bombarded by the demands of your work. The problem is that we often don’t have time to go for a walk and get some fresh air. This can be solved by taking up a relaxation practice.
3. Make leisure and contemplation a priority
A lot of people are unable to concentrate on their work and they find it difficult to focus on their work because of the many distractions that they encounter. This is why a lot of people are trying to get more time for themselves.

4. Talk to someone
We are constantly bombarded with advertisements and marketing messages from the media, social networks and other sources. Most of them are filled with a lot of negative emotions, which can be overwhelming to our psyche.
These ads are supposed to make us feel good about ourselves and help us to achieve our goals. But most of the time we don’t receive positive emotions from these messages. We may even feel depressed or anxious because of them.
So, how can we improve our mental health? By talking to someone – a friend or a family member – instead of scrolling through endless media content on our smartphones! In fact, many people do not talk to anyone these days because they have too much on their minds. They may be busy at work or at home trying to accomplish their goals in life and forget about the past.
5. Keep Active Yourself
Regular exercise and meditation can boost your self esteem as well as your concentrate level and even it helps to sleep better. It also helps your brain healthy and it gives you a relief feel to improve your health. According to the health assistant, regular exercise can boost your mind as well as your immune system. You should have to do regular exercise at least 30 minutes daily.
6. Eat Well and healthy
Before Exercise we have to eat healthy and hygiene food. Things which we eat give that types of impact on our mind. If you eat junk food it will decrease your concentration level, it give you a tiredness, weakness and depression. So try to eat healthy and Hygiene food for improving your mental health.
7. Be Hydrated
Lot’s of people are drunk. They use alcohol to avoid problem, stress and depression. But if you drink alcohol it directly hit or give effect on our mental health. If you want a good health and want to maintain your Health then be hydrated always. More water is equal to good health. If you want a high concentration level then we should have to be dehydrated.
8. Keep In Touch
Always in touch with your family, friends and relatives. They may helps you to give suggestions or solutions of your problem. People are becoming selfish and it directly impact on their mental health. If you want to be free and free from mental problem then always in touch and taking solution regarding mental health.
9. Take A Break In Rules
Take a break help you like a rest. If we’re doing too much work once a time then we were tired and feel like weakness. So, if you take Break then it will help you to give good mental health. According to the psychologist, if we work 30 minutes continuously then we have to take rest for 5 minutes. We don’t have to do any work continuously. We should have to take a rest like 25-5-25-5 it means after every 25 minutes we have to take rest for 5 minutes. Every our you can take 10 minutes after working for 50 minutes.
10. Follow Your Passion
Doing something your good at means in which things you are interested. If you do those which in which you have interest then it really give you enjoyment. Never listen to anyone always do what you want. Always try to follow your passion. If you lost your passion it gives you depression and you will unhappy.
